What are the maps made from?

Our maps are made from premium 3mm ply. Each map is layered and consists of 4 layers. 

What cities or towns can you make?

We can do any suburb, town or city in the world. The bigger the area the less detail however. If land area is too large you may not get all the streets as in the detailed maps. If you wanting a custom map we always send a draft prior to production.

Do you offer international shipping?

We sure do. We post worldwide. International postage is $50. All international orders are sent with plexiglass to minimise damage.

Please note that some countries have custom, VAT and taxes on all items imported. Satts Designs is not responsible for any of these charges and need to be considered prior to ordering. If unsure, please contact us prior to ordering.

How long do they take to make?

Maps that have already been made prior can be 1 to 2 weeks. Depending on orders in line. For custom maps we give 1 to 3 weeks to be able to design the city map. 

Do you accept refunds?

We only accept refunds if item is cancelled within 48hrs of ordering. As items are custom made. Returns are accepted if item has been received damaged or faulty. Packages are securely packed for shipping worldwide. Please contact us at the earliest convience to let us know if anything is wrong with your item.
